Naturally, you will receive a track & trace code in advance so you know exactly when your order will arrive.

Fast and dependable shipping
To ensure optimal reliability, we work with trusted carriers such as PostNL and DPD. This allows us to provide fast service and clear communication. Our standard shipping schedule is as follows:

• Orders placed before 3:00 PM on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day.
• Orders placed after 3:00 PM or during weekends are processed the next business day.
• Large or heavy items are delivered by appointment or can be picked up from our location in Zwaanshoek.

Shipping costs

• ✔ Orders over €100 → Free shipping
• ✔ Orders between €50 and €99 → €4.95 shipping fee
• ✔ Orders under €50 → €9.95 shipping fee

If you're not home
If you're not available at the time of delivery, the courier will first attempt to deliver the package to your neighbors. If that’s not possible, you’ll receive a message with instructions to reschedule delivery or pick it up at a nearby collection point.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including a track & trace code so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
